Payments and Shipping
Payments are required at the time of checkout, including shipping, tax, and other applicable fees. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal or Google Checkout and are usually completed within one business day.
All Products listed are set up for domestic shipping within the United States via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel, USPS Priority, or First Class Mail. International and expedited shipping is available on most items upon request. Please contact us directly prior to checkout.
Once your order is processed we send tracking information to your registered email.
Return Policy
All products listed come with a 30 day money back guarantee, unless otherwise specified. Extensions to this policy can be modified and are decided on a case by case basis. A 10% restocking fee may be required.
Authorization and return instructions must be obtained prior to return. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or damage, all serial numbers and other identifying marks must match. We carefully inspect all returned items before issuing refunds.
All merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and tracking number provided. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
